Cost per km
Fuel, maintenance, toll and parking, insurance and road tax, and depreciation over tracker km, by vehicle, against the fleet average for the same type. Replacement is read the same way, as repairs and cost per km against book value.
Statements and approvals
Fuel card and toll statements are matched to trips line by line, so finance sees exceptions, not lines. A toll or parking charge with no trip is approved, queried with the driver or held.
Fines and insurance
Fines paid in the discount window and posted to a recoverable account, with the driver named by the trip. The fleet policy and its claims on the vehicle record.
The ledger
Costs go to the ledger monthly by API, by account, with depreciation and book value from the ledger's own schedule.
